Johnson & Associates LLP was established in the year 1994 as a sole proprietorship Chartered Accountancy practice, rendering comprehensive professional services including audit and assurance, management consultancy, tax consultancy, and accounting services. Over the years, the firm steadily expanded its professional capabilities and client base through consistent delivery of reliable and technically sound services.

In 2019, the practice was reconstituted as a partnership firm, bringing together experienced Chartered Accountants with complementary professional expertise. This transition enabled the firm to strengthen its service delivery model, broaden its advisory capabilities, and cater to a growing and diverse clientele.

Subsequently, in 2026 the firm was converted into Johnson & Associates LLP, adopting the Limited Liability Partnership structure to facilitate institutional growth, stronger governance, and enhanced operational scalability while preserving the firm’s long-standing professional values.
